Yoga for Cyclists is a weekly session run at Bike For Good South, to enable balance and help with flexibility, strength and wellbeing. It is beneficial to all, but especially for us cyclists!
Iyengar Yoga helps us to learn correct alignment of our bodies. This enables balance and is of maximum benefit to our flexibility, strength and wellbeing.
My background is Physiotherapy so I am well used to working with both able bodied individuals and those with special needs.
Just come along, no need to book.
This runs:
– Thursdays 9-10am
– Thursdays 10-11am
