Recovery Rides (YoMo/ The Base)

A Wednesday morning mindfulness bike ride to support mental health, resilience, and recovery.
We cycle a very short distance (usually around 6-8 miles locally) with a break and a focus on mindfulness. There is a short led meditation at our chosen destination in nature (with tea during the colder months) before cycling back. We cycle to different locations each week, along cycle friendly routes which are suitable for complete beginners.
We can provide bikes, helmets, waterproof clothes and gloves. If you bring your own bike we check it for safety before we head off. Please bring a drink or water bottle to fill, and wear clothes that are comfortable for cycling in.
