Aye Cycle Launch Party

Glasgow community cycling organisations are hosting a launch party for brand new Glasgow cycling website, Aye Cycle, on Friday 14th June.

A collective effort from Glasgow-based cycling organisations, Aye Cycle provides up-to-date and easy to find information on cycling in Glasgow. The website includes a directory of organisations, help on getting started in cycling, maintenance tips, events, routes and rides in and around the city.

A launch party will be held at Bike For Good Glasgow South Community Hub on Friday 14th June from 4 – 6pm.

Press, stakeholders, and the public are invited to join for an afternoon celebrating all things cycling in Glasgow. Community cycling organisations and charities involved in Aye Cycle will be in attendance to provide information on what they do and how they can support the people of Glasgow into cycling. Cycling activities running at the launch event will be fun, free, and family-friendly. Catering will be provided by social enterprise Kaleyard.

Councillor Anna Richardson and MSP Patrick Harvie will be present to officially launch the Aye Cycle website to the press, and photo opportunities will be available. Following the press launch party, attendees are invited to stay on for a viewing of The Bikes of Wrath at 6:30pm.

Please RSVP to Victoria@bikeforgood.org.uk if you would like to attend. We look forward to seeing you all!
