Glasgow Gals Sunday Skills – “Galability”

We will meet at Free Wheel North on Glasgow Green and work on
some keys skills that Glasgow Gals use on rides such as communication,
riding beside each other, single file, drinking while moving and other
keys skills. This is also a good time to practice clipping in and
clipping out of cleats. Hybrid / mountain bike / road bike suitable.
Bikes available for hire if required. Please sign up to the session on
the club calander. Non-members welcome to come along, but please sign up
to the ride. Please contact Carol with any questions or to ask if this
ride is suitable for you.
