Led Ride Maryhill Monday (Sunny Cycles)

Sunny Cycles runs activities from Glasgow Green, Victoria Park & Maryhill.

They go at a social pace, all riding together not racing ahead. Qualified ride leaders lead each ride with volunteer assistants.

We run our rides programme throughout the year and generally visit local parks if the weather is suitable, places of interest, other community projects, art exhibitions and cafés if it is raining or cold. All are welcome on these rides, although they are particularly suited for new cyclists or for those cyclists that may be nervous about going out on their own. Participating in these rides will build your confidence and show you cycle routes around the city. Under 16’s need to be accompanied by an adult.

Monday rides leave from Maryhill from the Maryhill Burgh Halls at 10am, exploring the canal paths and quieter roads around the North of the city.  There is a shorter ride first Monday of the month, and a longer ride last Monday of the month
