Drumchapel Cycle Hub

Drumchapel Cycle Hub offer a number of opportunities for cycling and learning to cycle for all ages and experience. They have a full fleet of bikes of all sizes, from balance bikes for 2-4 years, children’s bikes for 4-10 years, youth bikes for young people or small adults, through to large ladies and gents touring bikes, available to use for all of their groups.
Weekly activities include the Sunday Kid’s Bike Club for ages 3 years and older, learning and developing skills, kids learn to ride sessions on a Monday afternoon for primary age children, and there are two adult skills sessions each week on a Monday and Wednesday morning. There are also two easy group rides every Monday and Wednesday morning and a Ladies only Monday evening group ride, typically 8-10 miles. A longer group ride for more confident cyclists takes place every Thursday night, usually 16-20 miles and we have regular longer rides at the weekend. Membership for an individual is only £10 for the year, and £20 for a family.
They aim to provide inclusive opportunities for all ages and abilities to enjoy the outdoors safely and supported. They aim to help improve their local area in order to create safer cycling, and encourage adults and young people to improve their health and well-being.
